Q1: How do I register for the AffiliateReel system?A1: You can register by entering https://www.affiliatereel.com in your browser or by clicking the registration button on the homepage of this website.

Q2: How do I add my personal profile?A2: Before claiming any products, you must complete your profile. Upload your profile photo, address, email, contact details, family photos, and environment photos to help sellers better assess if you’re a match for their products. (Note: Profiles are private and confidential, not visible to other models, and are only used for product shipments.)

Q3: How do I claim free products?A3: Go to the left sidebar, find "Orders," and select "Order Hub." Here, you’ll see nearly 100 products posted daily. Click on a product to view details such as the product link, images, and shooting requirements. If interested, select “I want to claim it.” A window will appear where you can highlight your advantages for shooting this product, upload relevant photos, and commit to a timeline for completing the video.

Q4: How will I know if the seller selected me?A4: After claiming a product, if the seller chooses you for the video shoot, the product will appear under the "My Product" tab in your system. Once the seller ships the product, the system will automatically send you an email notification confirming your selection and providing the tracking number.

Q5: How do I submit the video to the system after it’s completed?A5: When the order status in the system shows "End," go to your profile page, scroll to the bottom to find the order number, return to the Orders page, and search for the order number to access the submission page where you can upload the video link. (Note: Directly clicking in the profile page will not take you to the order page.)

Q6: What happens if I don’t complete the video on time?A6: Based on the tracking number, if a product has been delivered for over two weeks without video submission, the system will automatically send a reminder email, and the seller may also send a manual reminder. Influencers facing special circumstances can provide feedback, but those consistently online without progress updates will have their credibility reduced in the system. In severe cases, they may be blacklisted.
